English through songs
Music can be an interesting and effective way to learn a language. Rhythms, melodies and refrains help to remember words and phrases more effectively and to recall them successfully later.
In the first session we will listen to the hits from the first half of the 20th century, and in the second session we will enjoy musical gems from the 1960s and 1970s. We’ll sway to the rhythms of Billie Holiday, Dolly Parton, Louis Armstrong, Judy Garland and others.
