Futura

A documentary about the future through the eyes of Italy’s youth, boys and girls who don’t yet know what lies ahead, but who may already feel it. It consists of a series of interviews with young people aged 15 to 20, filmed on a long journey across Italy: from Venice, Naples, Palermo, Milan and Rome to Pisa, Brescia and Genoa. The interviews are linked by the narrator’s voice, original film music and archive footage. The film is a portrait of the time as seen through the eyes of a group of teenagers who talk about the places where they live, their dreams, expectations, hopes and fears.
