Kula od sjećanja i druge priče

A collection of short stories leads us through the childhood and adolescence of Sava Markoč living on the outskirts of the largest Montenegro port. The autobiographical prose by a linguist, loyal to his hometown of Bar – he only leaves it during a military service and during his studies. The connection with the Mediterranian city and its people and characteristics of the »small town« stories bring us the insight into the new Montenegro prose. A skillful stonemason in his spare time, he carves a tower of memories and defends them against the oblivion.
