The author is one of the most visible Serbian writters who has attracted a lot of attention in recent years due to her public fight against the disease. In the autobiographical novel she describes how she experienced life very intensively at an early age and how she wanted to find the answer to the meaning and purpose of life. She sought answers in various psychological, philosophical and esoteric doctrines and devoted a considerable part of the book to her journey to Mexico. In a shockingly sincere story she reveals the secret of her illness and the meaning of life which she had discovered during the years of her ordeal. (VVŠ)
