Concert of the Tantadruj Band

The Tantadruj band belongs to the classics of the Slovene acoustic musical scene. They are building their recognisability with the intertwinement of acoustic guitars and lyrical singing. For more than thirty years they have been connecting their original musical expression with influences and traditions of various cultures.

Their virtue lies in the successful setting to music of poetry by domestic and foreign authors (from Prešeren, Jenko, Murn, Kette, Kosovel all the way to Pushkin, Lermontov, Shakespeare and others). This time the Tantadruj band will present beside their older songs also their newer settings to music of Slovene authors. Cast: Boštjan Soklič, guitar, vocals; Mateja Blaznik, guitar, vocals; and Aleš Hadalin, vocals, harmonica.
