Škofljica Library

Škofljica Library is actively engaged in the cultural life of the Škofljica community with its activities and events. It cooperates with primary school, kindergartens, cultural and other organizations in the local area.

The library has a separate space for young readers and a comfortable reading room.

Besides numerous events for adults such as literary book clubs, literary meetings, author presentations, travel and other lectures, the library monthly hosts photographic and painting exhibitions. Special care is dedicated to active work with young readers. We prepare creative workshops for children, literary quizzes, receive organized visits of kindergarten and school groups and organize story time for children.

The youngest can play with numerous toys in a nicely arranged playing corner. A special feature of the library is a collection of toys which are available for loan.
