Charlie and Nick don’t know each other until they are put in a boys’ school together. At fist they were shy, but they soon developed a friendship, and maybe even something more. British writer and illustrator Alice Oseman began publishing the story of Charlie and Nick in 2016 online, the first part of the cartoon was published in print in 2019. It had already gained a fanbase online, but then became even more popular when Netflix made a series based on the cartoon. So far, there are four parts to the story of Charlie and Nick, with the fifth and final part to be released in 2023. (TB)
