IFLA has launched the call for the IFLA Green Library Award 2024 on its official website. The IFLA Green Library Award 2024 is granted by IFLA ENSULIB, the Section for Environment, Sustainable Development and Libraries. IFLA promotes the development of green libraries at local, regional and global level and encourages all types of libraries to actively showcase their green activities to the international audience. The IFLA Green Library Award aims to reward libraries or projects that best reflect commitment to sustainability, raise awareness, educate and support sustainable services and activities. The deadline for applications is 28th February 2024. The deadline has been extended to 15th March 2024.
